1. What does it cost for co-ordination services?
Every wedding or occasion is different so we'd need to speak to you to get an idea of your wishes. This is best done in a FREE 'no obligation' meeting.
Once we know what you're looking for and the amount of work required we'll give you an up-front quotation.
Potential customers tend to worry that hiring a professional planner is expensive - but in reality this isn't true, in many cases it can cost you little or nothing - we may get commission from suppliers instead of asking you for payment (Although we are never biased by commission - all our suggestions for suppliers are with your best interests in mind)
Many couples over spend when planning a wedding... our experience will help make the most of your budget!
For full co-ordination services there is a fee due the amount of time and responsibility, but it's probably the best investment you can make - saving you time and giving you complete peace of mind. Plus our expertise and negotiations with suppliers will often save you money!

2. Can you just help me with just one thing?
Absolutely! We can help with as much, or as little, as you need.
We have great local supplier knowledge and can often negotiate, which means you may save money and pay little or nothing for our service.

3. We have hectic lives – how many hours / phone calls / visits will it take to arrange everything?
Every wedding is different, but unless you’re planning a small, intimate occasion a lot of time is required if you do everything yourself. The estimate is around 250 hours, that’s 6 full time working weeks to arrange an average wedding. What could you be doing instead?

Of course, if you opt for the full co-ordination service, we’ll do all the shopping around and phone calls for you, so all you need to do is meet with us to discuss your requirements and make your selections. We’ll introduce you to the suppliers who we feel match you best and we’ll meet with the suppliers with you, or on your behalf, to discuss your wishes.
We’ll keep you informed of progress by meetings, phone or e-mail (whatever suits you) and we can monitor the whole wedding budget for you if required.
This way you still have full control, and all the fun of the planning without the time and immense effort!

4. We’ve already made some of the arrangements but the planning is taking over our lives! Can you help from here?
No problem! Just provide us with details of what you've done already, with copies of the supplier contracts so we can check them over, and we’ll pick up from there.
We’ll do the research for you for the other products and services you need...

We’ll present the options to you, introduce you to suppliers we feel best match your needs and communicate your wishes to them. Again we’ll keep you informed of progress and monitor your budget for you if required.

5. The planning is almost done, but I would like someone there on the day to make sure things go to plan and to deal with any emergencies.
We can be there on the day - to deal with any problems on your behalf.
In preparation for this we’d need to meet beforehand to discuss the order of the day. We’ll also need to review all your supplier contracts (at least two weeks prior to your wedding or event) so that we know exactly what should be happening and when. We’ll have contact numbers for your suppliers, an impressive emergency kit and we’ll be there to run errands if required.
We can be there to arrange your dress before you walk down the aisle, to keep the wedding party looking their best and to assist the photographer with group shots, paying great attention to detail and allowing the photographer to concentrate on lighting and composition.
You, mum and the best man can concentrate on enjoying the day and simply bask in the limelight knowing someone who knows your wishes is on hand to deal with any ‘challenges’!

6. The wedding is causing arguments with parents - everyone is interfering! Can you help??
Weddings are always emotional, everyone has different wishes, but in our view the day belongs to the Bride & Groom.
We are very diplomatic in dealing with family conflicts and our clients find it easier to 'politely' thank everyone for their ideas and input, but to say that every thing is under control with a professional wedding planner!
